Browse by Lifestyle: Find all current listings of that suit your lifestyle interests such as Boating, Skiing or Golfing.
Quick Search: Find all current listings by one or more attributes: Location, Price Range, Property Type or Lifestyle.
Map Search: Find all current listings by location.

Can you notify me when new listings are added to the site?
Yes! Hundreds of new listings are posted every week. As a registered user, you can choose to receive automatic notification when listings matching your search criteria become available. To request notification of new listings, perform a search using your criteria and click on the Email Me Updates link.

Can you help me find a real estate professional?
ResortScape works with real estate professionals that represent many regions of the world and they are all available to assist you with the purchase of a second home, condo or home-site. If you've found a property that almost meets your criteria, feel free to use the 'Find a Broker' link on the property page to connect with a real estate professional. These professionals can work with you to find the perfect property.

How do I list properties on ResortScape?
Real estate agents, brokers, developers and their representatives may register to list properties on ResortScape. This will enable you to participate in our listings program. Click here to complete the fast and simple registration process.

ResortScape focuses on helping users find real estate in private communities, resort towns and other lifestyle communities. Users are typically searching for investment or recreation property, condominiums, vacation homes, second homes, and home-sites. If you're uncertain whether your listings are a good fit for ResortScape, contact our support team.

How do I submit my listings to ResortScape?
After you have registered as a ResortScape professional, you may submit your listings immediately by using our self-upload tool or automatically through a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) feed. For MLS feeds contact us for more information.

How do I get help with creating my listings?

How long will it take for my listings to appear on ResortScape?
If you use the self-upload tool, your listing will appear within 24 hours. Listings through an MLS feed take longer to appear on the site. Click here for information on options for submitting listings.

How do I receive leads from ResortScape?
You are automatically sent a copy of the lead when a prospective buyer makes an inquiry about one of your property listings. Information on activity related to your listings is also available on your MyResortScape page, created when you register.

How can I track the performance of my listings on ResortScape?
You can see the traffic and number of leads each of your listings is receiving by checking your MyResortScape page. Data on all of your listings is conveniently collected on this page. In addition, you will receive a monthly report on your listings by e-mail.

How much does it cost to list properties on ResortScape?
Pricing depends on the number of listings you post to the site. Once you have signed up for the appropriate tier, your credit card account will be charged on the first of each month. You can find a list of our current prices here. For even more details, please read our terms and conditions.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa for online payments fully secured by SSL encryption.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your listing subscription at any time by going to MyResortScape and clicking on "Cancel subscription" under Billing or by phoning 1.866.905.8259. Cancellations must be received at least three business days prior to the end of the month to cancel your subscription for the subsequent month. After providing notice of cancellation, you will continue to have access to all services on ResortScape until the last day of the month in which you provided notice. There is no refund for service cancelled prior to the end of the month.

What happens when I sell a property listed on ResortScape?
You should update the listing to indicate that the property has been sold. If you use the self-upload tool, please go to MyResortScape and revise the listing. If your listings are supplied to ResortScape through an MLS feed, changes made to the status of your listings with MLS will be automatically incorporated into ResortScape listings.

Can I post ResortScape listings on my Web site?
At this point we do not provide a way for other sites to post ResortScape listings.
